Adoption Media Ltd, through its publishing imprint, Adoption House Publishing Umuahia, successfully organized and hosted the first-ever Umuahia Writers Conference on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th August, 2025. The landmark event marked a significant moment in the literary and creative landscape of Abia State and the South-East at large.
Held at the Adoption Media Ltd office, Lawok Plaza, 59 Arochukwu Street, by Enugu Road, Umuahia, the conference attracted writers, editors, creatives, and literary enthusiasts from Umuahia, Aba, Owerri, Uyo, and Okigwe, confirming the growing regional appetite for structured literary development and professional writing conversations.
